Privacy and refunds

Privacy

Your privacy matters to us. Our shop uses SSL, which adds a layer of security when you enter your information at checkout. Our payment processor has a solid level of security on all transactions. We do not share your personal information with anyone beyond what the shop and the payment processor collect to fill your order. We value our privacy as Dirty Firemen, so we also value yours.

Sales tax is calculated at checkout from your city and state tax codes.

Thank you for being a customer.

Refunds

All sales are final. There are no refunds.

Everything is ready to ship as ordered, and as working perm firefighters we do not have time to deal with return processes. If there is an issue with your order, contact us through this website and we will do our best to make it right.

Do not contact our Instagram account with order issues. Thanks for your understanding.
